1. The great challenge

The profound and structural changes generated by the evolution of technologies, accompanied by global preventive isolation to counteract the effects of COVID19, gave rise to a new reality, characterized by the dematerialization of social and economic activities.

In this new context, several natural and normative guidelines that oriented the actions of the socio-business fabric became inapplicable, to the extent that the operating models migrated to schemes not contemplated, or contemplated in an incipient form, which has led to a lack of harmonization between guidelines and praxis.

Therefore, at this historic moment of inflection, humanity is faced with the great challenge of implementing "A new reconstruction plan", based on the consensus of the various actors, bearing in mind the asymmetries, in the search for common solutions to the global village.

The great challenge we face today as humanity forces us to think collectively, since individual solutions lack the impetus to transcend, and therefore, to build sustainable global environments over time.
