  1. The great challenge <\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The profound and structural changes generated by the evolution of technologies, accompanied by global preventive isolation to counteract the effects of COVID19, gave rise to a new reality, characterized by the dematerialization of social and economic activities.<\/p>\n

    In this new context, several natural and normative guidelines that oriented the actions of the socio-business fabric became inapplicable, to the extent that the operating models migrated to schemes not contemplated, or contemplated in an incipient form, which has led to a lack of harmonization between guidelines and praxis.<\/p>\n

    Therefore, at this historic moment of inflection, humanity is faced with the great challenge of implementing \"A new reconstruction plan\", based on the consensus of the various actors, bearing in mind the asymmetries, in the search for common solutions to the global village.<\/p>\n

    The great challenge we face today as humanity forces us to think collectively, since individual solutions lack the impetus to transcend, and therefore, to build sustainable global environments over time.<\/p>\n

    2. Contributions of knowledge from the community <\/u><\/p>\n

    Precisely, the collective vision is the central axis of this virtual space, to the extent that it brings together the opinions and knowledge of various actors of the global village, who contribute from their training and experience, lights for the construction of consensual solutions in the areas of tax, customs, exchange and related law.<\/p>\n

    To them, the protagonists of this space of knowledge and opinion, my infinite gratitude for being an active part of the great challenge of building a new reconstruction plan.<\/p>\n

    Advancing in the adoption of consensual, agile and disruptive solutions is essential for the sustainable functioning of the socio-economic environment, so, without a doubt, the contributions made by experts, professors and students in this immaterial site will allow us to know different points of view on technical topics characterized by their constant evolution.<\/p>\n

    To you, readers and visitors of this opinion space, the warmest welcome and invitation to enjoy the content and enrich it with your contributions and thoughts.<\/p>\n
